Working in and with a community takes on many guises and relies on engaging with local suppliers, charities and educational institutions to assist in delivering our services both economically and sustainably.
We provide local employment around the UK and work with local/national educational institutions to promote Civil & Structural Engineering to our future generations. We encourage development from within the business offering internships, apprenticeships, graduate development and continual development of existing employees.
Each of our offices support local charities and sponsor events, offer donations by means of office equipment to raise funds, employees time volunteering at fund raising events, provide work placements for students looking to gain confidence and experience of a work environment.
