Geoff Charlton Steps Down as Senior Partner
Geoff Charlton, a founding Partner of Thomas Consulting, has decided to step down as Senior Partner. Geoff has been at the helm of the practice for more than 14 years and has decided that he wishes to have more time with his family, particularly his young grandchildren. Geoff remains a partner of the practice and will still be keeping a paternal watch over the business that has been so much of his life for 30 years. The Partners and staff hope that he will remain associated with the practice for many more years.
David Wyatt takes over the role as Senior Partner. David was responsible for getting the Preston office off the ground more than 25 years ago and has been a partner for more than 19 years. The management of the Telford office will be undertaken by Steve Partridge and John Sumner. Steve’s primary responsibility is running and developing the office’s structural engineering department whilst John looks after the highway and drainage department.
