Thomas Consulting can produce detailed chamber floor layout plans and schedules for timber floor construction in traditional build properties.
Using proprietary CAD software we can produce detailed layouts for timber floor constructions including all joists, trimmers and binders.
The service provides cutting schedules for all timber elements as well as schedules of metalwork including straps and hangers, these can be used to produce detailed costings and savings in wastage and over ordering of materials. Joiners have a detailed drawing showing them exactly how the floor fits together and what parts go where, improving productivity and reducing uncertainty.
