Timber Frame Housing, Derbyshire

A development of 23 residential timber framed units by Prestoplan on a Westshield Homes site in Derbyshire. The development consists of a mixture of dwellings including apartments and town houses all in timber frame construction.

Our services included the design of the steelwork to support the artificial stone masonry. The apartments included feature glazed entrances to the stairwell with cranked steel staircases.
