Pembroke Homes provide homes for urban living; their developments incorporate innovative design to provide unique solutions for the re-development of difficult brown field sites.

These developments make use of previously developed and derelict urban sites, improving and enhancing the urban landscape. Thomas Consulting was involved in all projects from an early stage undertaking desk study, site investigation and remediation proposals for the sites, including demolition and clearance inspections.

Our engineers carried out structural engineering, drainage, external works and the highway design for the developments, including the design of special foundations.
