Marina DevelopmentMarina Development involving 63 dwelling units and a canal basin for up to 50 boats - currently under construction. This project is situated adjacent to the Longlands Hotel, Tewitfield Carnforth at the Northern most point of the navigable section of the Lancaster Canal. Thomas Consulting have provided Civil and Structural Engineering advice on the project including the design of the apartment block structures and the water engineering design and detailing services for the canal basin and connection to the Lancaster Canal. The client was Waldenn Construction and the Architect was JMP, Lancaster.
