Apartments in Lytham

An attractive development of Apartments in Lytham, Lancashire, built on a previously developed site.

Thomas Consulting undertook environmental assesment work and provided Party Wall Act advice. Our structural engineers designed the piled foundations, reinforced concrete ground beams and suspended reinforced concrete ground floor slab.

The superstructure is of traditional masonry construction with pre-cast pre-stressed floor slabs. Our civil engineers provided design services for roadways, parking areas and site drainage. Despite a very short lead in time all our services were completed in advance of the start of site construction, enabling the development to completed on time with the sales programme.
