Gateway House

Gateway House is currently the largest new office development in Lancaster City Centre and situated on the main arterial route between the M6 and Heysham.

The client for this project is Lancaster Property Network, and the Architect is HPA Lancaster. The site has a number of engineering issues because of its steeply sloping topography and proximity to the busy motorway link.

Currently under construction is a 7 metre high retaining wall formed from contiguous piles that will form the rear elevation of the lower storeys of the building. The building will provide modern open plan offices with a large area of natural lighting in a contemporary Lancaster setting.
