Development of Apartments, Delamere Street, Crewe

Recently Completed this development for our client Pembroke Homes will provide around 90 apartments with car parking in a central mews area.

Pembroke Homes provide homes for urban living that provide urban regeneration previously developed “Brownfield” sites. Thomas Consulting dealt with the environmental engineering issues as well as civil and structural engineering design for this development.

The apartments are constructed in traditional load bearing masonry walls with piled reinforced concrete ground beam foundations. The site had been previously occupied by a number of businesses the most recent being a supermarket and petrol filling station.
