Construction of Phase I of a 20m Highbay Warehouse with Superflat floor to form new dry goods store.

Phase II to commence 2007. Scheme Value = £1.5m. Thomas Consulting provides the Structural Engineering design and detailing service for the Steel frame, floor and foundations and the Civil Engineering design of external drainage and loading bays.

The client was Dale Farm Foods, Shap Road Industrial Estate, Kendal and the Architect was Bywater Tweedale. Design and building contractors were L&W Wilson Ltd
