Thomas Consulting provided civil and structural engineering services for this development.

The site is located in a former sand quarry. The quarry had lain derelict for many years as it was thought to be beyond economic development because of drainage issues. Together with our client Thomas Consulting developed a land reclamation scheme that permitted the derelict land to be developed for residential usage.

Our civil engineers provided roads and sewer and land dranage design whilst our structural engineers provided foundation design services.
