About The CompanyThomas Consulting was founded in Wellington, Shropshire in 1979, by core personnel from Telford Development Corporation. The Partnership has flourished over the quarter century since then, establishing satellite offices in Preston (1984) and Lancaster (1994) and gaining a reputation for quality services in Structural and Civil Engineering.We have been involved in a considerable range of projects from refurbishment and underpinning through to large-scale housing developments and multi-million pound commercial premises.
